7. Altitude Sickness

  • Awareness: Altitude sickness can affect anyone, regardless of experience. Symptoms include headaches, dizziness, nausea, and shortness of breath. It’s important to recognize these symptoms early and take appropriate action, such as resting, descending, or seeking medical help if necessary.
